Clinical Stretch Therapy (Assisted + Guided)

 

  • One‑on‑One: Clinically aligned, focused sessions for pain/mobility conditions of the upper body, lower body, and for inner balance/stress management.
     
  • Group Based Programs: Our programs are also available in group visit format for people that learn and thrive better with others.  
     
  • Community Partnerships: Scalable for YMCAs, community centers and health & wellness ministries.

 We offer small group and 1:1 programming for: 


  • Providers' Offices: NPI registered provider with 25 years experience in healthcare. Intake/referral infrastructure and HSA/FSA eligible.
     
  • For YMCAs & Community Centers: Recovery space implementation, small group classes, and referral networks

Drop in on a Good Moves stretch clinic and we'll do 2-4 stretches together based on your main pain points, plus some deep breathing that really does wonders for physical AND mental mobility.  In 10 minutes, you'll feel more relaxed and leave with some Good Moves you can do at home.
